I'm making recipe books for the kids for Christmas and started with this one for my daughter. I should have most of the family recipes typed and ready by Christmas. I used Cottage Wall designer Series Paper. I really love this set. It was fun to put together. Each page has a pocket and they are all decorated with all of the papers from this set. There's a pocket that formed between each page. I'll show you the insides when I get closer to Christmas. I'm saving those pockets to put a photograph of the family member who the recipe came from. Or a picture of a family memory for extra fun. Stay tuned to this project. I will be presenting two more books. One for each boy. I think this will make a special gift, one to treasure for generations.
If you would like to get one for yourself let me know when a good date would be and we'll have a little get together and whip up a few. Last Saturday we had a fun group make theirs requests for more. (I think I may be on to something here!)
